At Laboratorios Argenol we manufacture high-quality silver, gold and platinum active ingredients, based on an experience acquired since 1939.

Due to the antimicrobial properties of silver, our products are used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and in other industrial applications. Silver is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent whose efficacy has been widely tested against the most harmful microorganisms that appear in everyday life, such as E. coli, Legionella, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, S. Aureus, A. Niger, among others.

In the field of pharmaceutical industry, we also manufacture active principles derived from tannic acid, such as albumin thanate, which are used in medicines or health products due to their astringent properties.

Silver is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent whose efficacy has been proven against the microorganisms that surround us today such as E. Coli, Legionella, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, S. Aureus, Aspergillus niger, among others.

The active principles of silver manufactured at Argenol Laboratories prevent the growth of bacteria, moulds and fungi, and of other microorganisms. Good part of them are described in European Pharmacopoeias.

At Laboratorios Argenol we offer antimicrobial solutions to fight against a broad spectrum of bacteria, preventing infections and the growth of bacteria that proliferate around us.

Due to the work conducted by the quality department, Laboratorios Argenol has certificates of Good Manufacturing Practices, issued by the Spanish Agency of Medicine and Health Care Products, of most of the active principles manufactured and used in health products or medicines.

Recently we also achieved the COSMOS and ECOCERT certificates for cosmetic applications, declaring that our products are natural.

In the short-medium term, our future focuses on developing new products to be used in different applications, making use of our two facilities, 22,000 m2 in total, located in Zaragoza, Spain.
